| Course Objectives | This course introduces the fundamental principles and algorithms of digital image processing systems. The course content includes image sampling and quantization, image enhancement techniques in spatial and frequency domains, signal processing theories used in digital image processing—such as one-dimensional and two-dimensional convolution, two-dimensional Fourier transform, morphological image processing, color models, and basic color image processing topics. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
